Hi everyone, I'm looking for someone to take over my daughter's lease at the Nine At Columbia, SC 29201. It is approximately 1.6 miles from the University Of South Carolina campus. It is the D1 floor plan with walking closet, private bathroom, fully furnished, and a garage spot for parking. Electricity is not included. The garage parking is the only parking spot left out of the relet units. It is a beautiful apartment complex and the pictures although very nice do not do it justice.
