-No prior evictions or collection records for non-payment of rent or no open bankruptcies
-No felony or misdemeanor conviction within 7 years
-Other conditions apply

TERMS & CHARGES
Pet deposit: $400 (for up to 2 pets per unit)
Pet rent: $20.00 per month (per pet)
Renter's Insurance: $12.50 per month (if proof of renter's insurance is not provided)
Onsite Utilities: $43 per month (water, sewer, trash, & pest control)
