About Sublet at The Rowan- will pay first month's rent
Looking to sublet a 1 bedroom with private bathroon in a townhouse at The Rowan for the 2021-2022 school year. The townhouse has 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The rent is $595 a month with utilities and furniture included. The lease begins August 16. 2021 and ends July 27, 2022. Need a sublet ASAP. Will pay first month's rent.
