Looking to sublet a 1 bedroom with private bathroon in a 4 Bedroom / 4 1/2 bathroom townhouse at The Rowan for the 2021-2022 school year. The rent is $595 a month with utilities and furniture included. The lease begins August 16, 2021 and ends July 27, 2022. You will need to complete an application with the Rowan and be approved. Can be male or female (will be placed in townhouse based upon your gender). Need a sublet ASAP. Will pay your first 2 month's rent. Serious inquiries only.
