About Sublease for Spring 2025- first month rent will be paid
looking for a female sublease that is clean, non smoker that doesn't have any pets. My rate is $585/month including electricity *cap 35, internet, trash and cable. Water is separate through simple bills averages...$25-35/monthly. I need someone from January 2 - July 22nd - i can pay for January rent- email me for more information today! The apartment is unfurnished,Its a master bedroom and comes with walk in closet and bathroom.
