Hello everyone! I've got 2 rooms for rent in my house in North Charleston! It's a brand new construction about 20 mins from downtown Charleston. Rent would be $1300 for the master bedroom and $1100 for the smaller room, both with utilities included. Both rooms have a large walk in closet. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and the smaller room shares a bathroom in the hallway upstairs. The community is very safe and friendly and is close to numerous restaurants and Collins Park. A little about me: I'm 25, an Supply Chain Analyst at Boeing, I am very clean and organized, I spend a lot of my time at the gym, playing pickleball, spikeball, golf and hanging out with friends.
