We have a room for rent in an upscale, safe master-planned community. All utilities are included.
The bathroom is shared with my adult daughter, but she is not around much. She works a lot.
You will have full access to the kitchen and condiments, but MUST clean up after yourself. You are free to use the Keurig, but provide your own pods. There is a furnished screened porch that you can enjoy.
The room is newly deocorated, downstairs, and includes a small desk, full size bed, dresser and a cozy chair with stool. It also has a a brand new smart TV with cable, Hulu, Netfix and Prime included. There is also a basket of towels and washcloths under the bed for your exclusive use. Washer and dryer are upstairs.
There is a gorgeous pool in the development that you can use.
We are quiet, but friendly people. Someone the same would be ideal. We allow you to have a female guest over. No male overnights.
We have cats.
My ten year old grandson lives here also, but he is always either outside playing, or on his gaming system.
The university is approximately 20 minutes from here. I worked at Trident Medical Center which is across the street. I now work in North Charleston, a bit further.
