Hi, I'm Nick! I've recently had some major family issues and can no longer live at University Village. I need someone to take over my lease for me, so I can handle the family stuff. I know two of your future roommates and can get you guys acquainted. The rent is cheap, you have a room and bathroom all to yourself, and a nice common kitchen and living room area, it's a townhouse style thing. It's got furnishing, a CATBus stop, a fitness center, pool, tanning bed, etc. I'm not a great salesman honestly, just a guy who needs some help, if you're interested, please let me know!
