One bedroom (with a private en-suite bathroom) avaliable for relet in a three-bedroom unit in 257 Thayer, one of the best-equipped student buildings in Providence. A three-minute walk from Brown's campus (around 10 minutes from RISD).

This bedroom is the largest in the unit (but goes for the same price as the other bedrooms), faces the building courtyard (cutting down on road noise significantly), and is next to a storage closet for the building (minimizing noise from other units). Bedroom is furnished (desk, chair, under-bed storage drawers, bed, mattress). I will include my shower curtain (clear liner) and hooks.

En-suite bathroom which is not shared with any roommates. The bedroom is the furthest from the kitchen/living room. The apartment features air conditioning/heating, in-suite washer/dryer, a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove, and microwave. The sink has a garbage disposal. Roommates (male)are both graduate students at Brown and very quiet and friendly.

Living room is furnished with a TV, sectional couch, and TV console. High-speed wifi and heat/electricity are included in the cost of rent.

This is a re-let, so you would need to sign a lease with (and be approved by) the landlord. Lease lasts until July 31, 2022. Rent is $1,554 per month but I will discount it to $1,000. Unit available right away. Rent payments would be made directly to the landlord (you would not be paying me, I will pay the landlord the difference). My loss is your gain!
