I am looking for a graduate student to rent the top floor of my split level house in St. Davids, which includes a large bedroom, full bathroom and an office. Tenant would have full access to main house with a shared kitchen, washer/dryer, wifi and all utilities paid.

House is a 5 minute walk to St. David's train station (2 stops from Villanova), and an 8 minute walk to Wayne train station. Great location to incredibly restaurants, shops and music venues.

Any yard work (mow lawn in late summer/early fall, weed when needed, leaf raking, snow shoveling) would bring rent down to $1,000/mo., or more depending on the month of yard maintenance needed.

I have had a couple Villanova tenants in the past and it's worked out nicely!
I am easy going, open-minded, respectful and am looking for a tenant with the same characteristics. Rental would start mid-August and will ask to have a couple references at interview.
