New this July. Multi-room house with spacious bedrooms, large common area, large sitting room, large kitchen and dinning room, terrace, yard, library, and more. Single and double occupancy available. This is a male only house (RA's NEEDED), with a female only house coming soon. The Phoenix House is under the domain of a fraternal service organization (co-ed) focused on community service through projects such as educating others in sustainability practices or supporting members of the community struggling with addiction. The Phoenix House does not allow any alcohol or drugs on, or in, the property; including those under the influence. The Phoenix House is looking to support others in their academic journey while providing a forum for substance abuse free events and social gatherings, along with community fellowship.
