This is a male only house (RA's NEEDED), with a female only house coming soon. The Phoenix House is a sober living home and also part of a fraternal service organization (co-ed), focused on community service projects throughout the community. The Phoenix House does not allow any alcohol or drugs on, or in, the property; including those under the influence. Rent includes all utilities, coffee and tea throughout the day, and a dinner meal Monday thru Friday. $220 security deposit and first month's rent due at time of lease signing.
