This is a male only house (RA's NEEDED), with a female only house coming soon. The Phoenix House is the house of a fraternal service organization (co-ed), focused on community service projects throughout the community. The Phoenix House is an alcohol and drug free home, including barring those under the influence. Rent includes all utilities, coffee and tea throughout the day, and a dinner meal Monday thru Friday. $220 security deposit and first month's rent due at time of lease signing.
