The lease was originally $930now it is $895. a $45 discount a month. The room is very clean and new. Two male and one female roommate who are good at cooking. We have a dishwasher, washing machine. My room is the largest one with two windows and a separate bathroom. The room is also close to the bus stop. The sublet lease is able to renew after July 31.
