Looking for someone to take over the apartment until the contract is over, which ends September of 2022. It is through Parkway Plaza Apartments with rent being due the first of each month. The apartment is a furnished studio with a full bath and kitchen. Has a table and desk, chest with drawers, bed frame with mattress, 2 closets, and couch for the main area. The kitchen has a fridge, sink, and stovetop oven. It is on the first floor and has a shared laundry room. The rent includes utilities (including a/c and heating), internet and cable hookups, and parking in the lot. Some pets can be allowed if the offices are notified and some forms are submitted. The area has many restaurants within walking distance and Penn State campus is about a 10-15 minute bike ride. There is an outdoor pool and access to study rooms. Can be available most days to show room if needed, but will need to be notified a few days in advance.
