This is a male only house (RA's NEEDED), with a female only house coming soon. Graduate House is the house of a fraternal service organization (co-ed), focused on community service projects throughout the community. The house is an alcohol and drug free home, including barring those under the influence. Rent includes all utilities. A $220 security deposit and first month's rent due at time of lease signing.
