- Security deposit (equal to one month rent) is due before move in.
- Credit score of 540 and above you will be required to pay first month's rent + security deposit. Credit score between 5390-619 you will be required to pay first month's rent, last month's rent and security deposit. Anything below a 560 will be declined.
-We do not accept Section 8 vouchers.

- Online portal access to sign lease documents, pay rent conveniently, and submit maintenance requests.
