Hello, I am looking for someone to takeover my lease at University Gate Apartments. The apartment itself is 4 bedrooms, but the lease is only for one room within the apartment. However, you would receive a reduced rate that is thousands cheaper than on-campus housing, and its hundreds cheaper than competing apartments in the area. The room comes with a bed, desk, chair, dresser, and sliding mirror closet with a good amount of space. The apartment comes with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, entertainment stand, island dining table, and comes fully furnished. It also comes with heating and A/C! All utilities are included except for electricity. Again, this is a reduced rate lease that you can takeover at any time from now until May 2022! The lease is for June 2021-May 2022.
