Room is Fully furnished, and also can use family room practically alone since another roommate uses two rooms alone, and the owner uses master bedroom and living room. A tenant will occupy a 330sf room and use family room practically alone at $1,000.00 including utility bill.

If you work at home office, I will charge extra $100.00 for extra utility bill.

Even though you will share the bathroom with one current roommate, there is a half bathroom at down stair that you can use practically alone.

There are four medical universities within 6 miles. Working distance to one hospital, Supermarket Rastelli, Target and Promenade Open Shopping Center. Churches, Pubs, Sports bar, Movie theater within 5 minutes.
