I am a current student resident living at University Gates Apartments. I am set to graduate at the end of the fall semester and I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the Spring semester. It is for a bedroom at the property's availability and you will be taking over my lease, so my reduced renter due to me renewing my lease for this year. The rent is $505 and there is a monthly electric bill based on the electric that is used throughout the unit for that month.
