Student apartment for rent: 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. I am looking for someone to take over my lease, which is for bedroom C (the largest bedroom in the apartment). There is currently one other tenant in the apartment and one bedroom sits empty. Apartment comes with shared kitchen (fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave) and furnished living room. Penn State Behrend is a short walk away and the campus bus makes frequent stops here. Free off-street parking. On-site (in the main office building) washers and dryers available. The bedroom comes furnished with a dresser, desk, twin bed and mattress, and large closet. My lease costs $500/month plus electric and goes through the end of July. The current rate for this apartment from the leasing office is $510. I am eager to transfer this lease as all my classes are online this semester and I am not returning to campus, so I am willing to contribute $50/month to rent (Feb-July = $300), reducing your rent rate to $450/month. I will get in contact with the leasing office and give them a check for $300 to be applied to your rent. You will be responsible for your remaining rent and electric. The apartment is female-only.
