It is located on the 2nd level of the townhome and there is a bathroom across the hall. The kitchen, sitting room with tv, and 2nd bathroom with laundry machines are located downstairs. The house is tucked away on a quiet residential street and the landscaping has been thoughtfully designed with some edible plants. The neighborhood is considered very walkable and bike friendly with easy access to shops and restaurants on North Lombard Street, only one block away, and access to I-5 is only 5 minutes away by car. The property offers some off-street parking but is dependent on availability.
