Looking for a roommate starting July 1st to move into a SAFH 2 bedroom townhouse, that is just under 1000 sq. ft. You must be a Junior standing or above at SOU to have your application approved and the leases last 1 year OR a month after your graduation date. Pets are allowed with a deposit fee and all utilities are included in the rent with the exception of electricity (split it's just below $50 a month). I'd give you the larger of the 2 bedrooms that are both upstairs with a bathroom between them. Basic appliances are provided and I have most of the kitchen necessities already. I'm female and 20 who mostly keeps to myself with work and school, I keep all communal spaces clean and won't bother you or your space.
