We are running a Move In special. You will get half off your second month's rent, which is $547.50. Our 2 bedroom units are $1,095.00 per month. We do require that anyone age 18 and over complete an application and pay a $40.00 application fee.

Our units are 700 square feet with one bathroom. We have laundry facilities on-site. Garbage, Water and Sewer are billed using RUBS module. The definition is Ratio Utility Billing System. We take all occupied units and times the square footage x number of occupants x number of billable days x 70%.
