This downstairs apartment is approximately 800 square feet. Rent is $1,599/month, plus each tenant pays $40/month as a water/sewer/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling, water/sewer and common electric.

We will require a strong rental history, good credit, and a $1,599 partially refundable security deposit ($150 of the deposit is retained for carpet cleaning). One or two spayed/neutered cats are acceptable for $35/month pet rent per cat. One or two dogs are acceptable for $35/month pet rent per dog (some breed restrictions apply).
