We will require strong rental history, good credit, and a $1499 partially-refundable security deposit ($150 will be retained for carpet cleaning). NO last month's rent is required. One or two neutered or spayed cats are acceptable with pet rent ($35/month for each cat with no pet deposit). Sorry, no dogs.
