In addition to the monthly rent of $1,899, a single tenant will pay an additional $125/month utility fee which will cover all water/sewer, hot water, heat, free laundry service and trash/recycling for the unit ($150/month for a couple). Tenants are only responsible for the apartment's electric bill (lighting and plugs only) and any phone or Internet desired.

We will require strong rental history, good credit, and a $1,899 refundable security deposit. Last month's rent is not required.

One or two neutered/spayed cats are acceptable with $35/cat pet rent. One or two dogs (breed restrictions apply on a case-by-case basis) are acceptable with $35/dog pet rent. Max 2 pets total. No additional pet deposit is required.

This is a smoke-free building, so no smoking in any of the units, or within 30 feet of the building.
