The Amy was designed with the student experience in mind. Several large common areas throughout the building promote community and student connection, while the private studio apartments allow residents to maintain their own space. Our apartments come complete with a Murphy bed and a desk and chair set, perfect for studying. An outdoor courtyard and complimentary bike parking are just a few of the amenities available to residents. Located within steps of Portland State University, The Amy is also a short walking distance from Safeway, restaurants, coffee shops, and many public transit lines.

Our residents must be enrolled in school at least part-time to live at a College Housing Northwest property. This can be a trade school, community college or any type of higher education along with traditional colleges and universities.

College Housing Northwest is a nonprofit organization founded in 1969 by students to support students in the areas of housing, academic success, and personal development. As part of this mission, College Housing Northwest provides below-market rate housing for students pursuing higher education in the Portland area.
