Located just minutes from the Portland State University campus, The Amy was designed with the student experience in mind. Several large commons areas throughout the building promote community and student connection while the private studios allow for residents to have their personal space. Unlike other student housing communities, we rent our apartments by the floor plan and not by the bed. All apartments at this new community are furnished along with providing all utilities, including high-speed Internet, at no charge to you. Our floor plans are furnished with a Murphy bed and desk set for added convenience and comfort along with bicycle hooks for easy storage.
