Application Process:
We process applications one at a time, in the order they are received, and approve the first qualified application. After you apply someone from our team will reach out within 24 hours to let you know where your application is in line. If your application is first in line, and you meet the income requirements, you will be given the opportunity to tour the property in person. You will then have 24 hours from your tour to let us know if you would like to proceed. If we do not hear from you by the 24 hour mark, your application could be cancelled. If you choose to proceed, we will begin processing the remainder of your application immediately (credit, criminal, and rental references). If your application is approved, you will be asked to pay the holding deposit via your tenant portal within 24 hours. Your lease and addenda will be emailed to you 24 hours after the receipt of your holding deposit. If we do not process your application because an application ahead of you was approved or because you do not meet the income requirements, a refund will be issued for your application fee(s). Fees for fully processed applications can not be refunded.
