Each apartment is approximately 800 sqft and rent is $1329/month, plus each tenant pays $40/month as a utility/water/sewer supplement. We will require strong rental history, good credit and a $1329 partially-refundable security deposit ($150 of the deposit is retained as a carpet cleaning fee).
