Studio unit is located in the backyard of a inner SE single family home. The studio is located on top of a garage with its own separate entrance through the backyard. The unit is conveniently located near coffee shops (check out Pailo in Ladds Addition which is a hidden gem study hall), restaurants, food carts, and public transportation.

The studio has a kitchen (incl a refrigerator), its own bathroom and a bed (with dressers).

The main (single) family home is occupied by a family/owner with two children.

The unit is for a single person/student, and we are looking for a responsible and courteous tenant.

The unit is currently occupied by a college student who has been in the apartment for the past two years. Available March/April 2023.
