There is easy access to the I-5 freeway and Pacific Highway. The room comes Furnished or Partially furnished with a queen size bed, desk, nice sized closet; it is approximately 10' by 10' with a large window and tall vaulted ceilings giving it a spacious feeling. The shared space includes a living room, dining room and kitchen as well as shared access to a full bathroom (with tub and shower) next to the room being rented. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, disposal and washer/dryer available for shared use. The home has air conditioning and a gas furnace. There are a total of three bedrooms in the house and owner lives on site.
Cost is $750 per month with security deposit equal to one month rent on standard approval. Month to Month lease. Application fee is $43 per person. Utility costs are separate and split equally between myself (homeowner who lives here) and tenant(s)). Renters insurance is required upon move-in and throughout tenancy (typically about $12-$16 per month). No pets allowed. Street parking is allowed and free.
