If you wish to apply to this property there are some things you should know.
Your gross income (the amount before taxes is taken out) must equal 3 times the monthly rent. If you are on section 8 you must take home 3 times your portion of the monthly rent. All forms of legal verifiable income are accepted.
Bank statements are not valid proof of income, we require current pay stubs 2 months' worth, award letters, tax documents or other documents showing proof of ongoing income.
You must have 7 years positive verifiable rental history. We will conduct a credit, criminal, eviction history, and rental reference check. Each applicant age 18 years or older needs to submit a separate application. The full rental criteria are attached to your application.
Downstairs studio apartment with range fridge, laundry room onsite, water, sewer and garbage paid. Pets okay with $250.00 pet deposit and $50.00 pet rent.
