Rent for the 1-bedroom home is $1,349/month plus each tenant pays $40/month as a water/sewer/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling, water/sewer and common area electric.

We will require strong rental history, good credit and a $1,349 security deposit of which $150 is allocated for carpet cleaning. No last month's rent deposit is required.

One or two neutered/spayed cats are acceptable with $35/cat pet rent. One or two dogs (breed restrictions apply on a case-by-case basis) are acceptable with $35/dog pet rent. Max 2 pets total. No additional pet deposit is required.

This downstairs home is currently rented, and we are only showing it to people who have applied and are approved, as we are trying to follow COVID social distancing protocols for our tenants. If you apply and see the apartment in person and don't want to move forward, we will gladly reimburse your application fee.
