When a residence is occupied, the current tenants may not want anyone to come into their space to protect their health and safety and we will not be enforcing the minimum 24-hour notice procedure. Once they see the property, if they decide it's not suitable, we can refund their security deposit and put the property back on the market or hopefully go on to a waiting second applicant.
