Spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit, located above Peace Learning Center - 1. No loud/vulgar music or foul language while children are present at the center.
2. Wear a mask while walking through the preschool.
3. Quiet time from 12pm to 3pm (every noise is magnified and echoes down from the ceiling.)
4. No smoking, vaping, drug, or alcohol use in front of the children or on the preschool grounds during business hours.
5. As per our licensing agent, tenant will need to be in the CBR before able to live there. That can be attained by having a background check done through the Early Learning Division. www.oregonearlylearning.com
