You will have 24 hours to provide any additional supporting documents unless discussed otherwise with our staff. If your application is approved, we will contact you to set up a showing, at which time you can accept or decline the property before paying any holding deposits. If your application is not first in line, or we do not process it for other reasons, a refund will be issued for the application fee(s). Fees for fully processed applications can not be refunded.
