To qualify for any home you need to meet the following criteria:
1. Your NET pay (the amount you bring home) plus any other income needs to be 3 times the monthly rent amount
2. You need to have been at your job or in the same field for a minimum of one year
3. You need to have a good rental history
4. You need to have been at your current place of residence for at least 1 year
5. No judgments filed against you
6. No theft, drugs or felony charges, within the last 5 years
7. Must not be a Sex Offender
