Walk into a spacious kitchen and living area, fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and A/C. The only utility in your name would be electric, as water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. No need to find a laundromat or outside maintenance, as we have onsite laundry and an attentive full-time maintenance staff!

Cats are more than welcome with a $300 pet deposit and NO PET RENT. All service and enclosed animals are welcome as well with no fees attached.

Applicants must have no previous evictions or housing related collections and pass credit and background check. We require a $35.00 application fee for any adult applying and a landlord reference for any credit score under 620. Our deposit is $200 and is not required until you are approved!
