If you would like a furnished bedroom, I would be happy to negotiate prices for leaving the bedroom fully furnished as well! Rent is $977/month, not including utilities. The yard has a ton of great amenities such as a gym, pool, free parking garage, clubhouse, etc. that are all included with the monthly rent.
