We have a studio apartment home available for move in. Take the elevator up to your clean, quiet apartment. Enjoy central air and a safe and secure environment. The only utility in your name would be electric, as water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. No need to find a laundromat or outside maintenance, as we have onsite laundry and an attentive full-time maintenance staff!

Cats are more than welcome with a $300 deposit and NO pet rent! Applicant must have no previous evictions or housing related collections and pass credit and background check. We require a $35.00 application fee for any adult applying and a landlord reference for any credit score under 620. Our deposit is $200 and is not required until you are approved!
