This community is located on the Midland/Ohioville border where there are plenty of local restaurants, churches, grocery stores, gyms, and many more local businesses within driving distance! Easy access to the neighborhoods of Downtown Beaver, Monaca, East Liverpool, and Calcutta Ohio.


PET POLICY:
You're welcome to have up to two furry friends! We have a non-refundable pet deposit of $200 and a monthly pet fee of $50. Whether you have a dog or a cat, they're both equally welcome here!

UTILITIES & TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tenants are responsible for electricity and will be billed a $125/month utility fee for gas, water, sewer, and lawn care.

TENANT QUALIFICATIONS:
Combined gross income must be at least 3x of the rent amount (unemployment income not considered). We check credit (minimum score 600), criminal background, rental/eviction history, and references. There is a $45 application fee per adult tenant (and cosigner, if applicable). Each adult tenant (and cosigner) must submit their own application.
