Looking to sublease my room in the house for January - August of next year. It is a 6-bedroom house. We have a ping pong room, a laundry room, free parking behind the house, and a beautiful front porch. The bathroom would be shared only with one other roommate. The kitchen was just redone so it will be very new!

Rent includes does not include utilities, but it is a great location and utilities do not end up costing much (when divided by 6 people). Let me know if you are interested and I would be happy to have you come take a look.
