I rent a 2bdrm townhome end unit, in walking distance of Wright State University at Prime at Wright. I want to rent out the 2nd bdrm (10x12) with use of all fully furnished common areas (large size living dining area with patio and kitchen), installed washer and dryer, shared full bath and one half bath. I can furnish the 2nd bedroom if needed. High speed Spectrum internet is included. The facilities offer a gym, game room, lounge and group study area, as well as free coffee bar. The facility has several buildings with shared suites and a few rows of townhomes, and my unit is on the end of one. There is parking in front of the unit. You would need to sign a lease with the management. The costs billed by the facility are $625 rent, $65 above the shared rent for the internet, trash and gas (new water heater). I will have the water and electricity in my name and we split those costs. All together it comes in at up to $780/mo. Pets are fine, with a pet deposit. I can't allow smoking of any kind in the unit.
