About The Arbor

Welcome to The Arbor Apartments, where city life and environmental thoughtfulness meet! The Arbor is located in the heart of Schumacher Place along the Eastside of German Village. This new community is across the street from Nationwide Children's Hospital and described as urban living redefined. The Arbor prides itself on environmental friendliness as well as community engagement. As residents you will enjoy living in luxury from granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washer and dryers to the beautiful amenity terrace that includes a pool, grills, fire pits, and lavish seating areas. Rain water will be collected for the plants and a community garden will be available for interested tenants. There will be a box of farm fresh foods provided to each of our tenants once a month. Any food not desired will be donated to local charities. We are excited about this new community and all the wonderful amenities offered. We welcome you to stop in for a visit and would love for you to make The Arbor your new home!
