Section 8 is not accepted for this unit. The tenant must have all of the utilities on in their name before move-in and supply proof of renters insurance.

We have a $35 application fee for each adult 18 or older. Minimum gross monthly income of the primary applicant must be at least $1,680. Security deposit is $560. The monthly rent is $560 per month.
