The one bedroom apartment comes equipped with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer dryer hook up.

Our beautiful country property is located on the outskirts of town with amazing views all around.

The Lakes at Ashton Village offers -

Three stocked ponds you can fish from (catch and release only please)

A Fitness Center available for your use 24 hours per day

A large sparkling pool for plenty of swimming enjoyment in the summertime

We are a dog/cat friendly community and your furry friend(s) are certainly welcome with additional deposit(s) and fee(s).

Please know that there are breed and weight restrictions . Please inquire with staff for a list of restrictions prior to applying.

There is a pet weight limit of 49 pounds in all second floor apartment homes.

The maximum weight limit for any pet in a first floor apartment home is 85 pounds.

Please note that this will be based on the projected full grown weight of the dog.

Final approval of pet(s) will be based solely upon management's decision.

If you are flexible with your move in time and are interested in our 1 BR apartment home, then you will need to get placed onto the waiting list. You can do this by filling out an application to go through the approval process. Please note that anyone 18 years of age or older will need to fill out an application, as they will be required to be a leaseholder with us.
