Since it is a sublease, you won't have to pay a security deposit, just be prepared for the first month's rent. I am willing to reimburse you for the application fee if requested. All applications are through the leasing office, I just have to inform them that you are applying for my apartment.
Your half of the apartment comes with a deep closet in your private room and you have a private bathroom. There is in-unit laundry, a dog park in the basement, a chill community lounge, and a secure mail area for packages. The apartment is on public square, so between East 4th and West 5th which has tons of bars and restaurants. It's an ADA unit, so it's wider and bigger than other apartments in the building.
