Hello, I am a student at Cleveland State University and I am looking for someone to share my house with me. I am renting out my basement which is finished. I put in new glass block windows last summer and it is a large and private area. I have some furniture that you are welcome to use but if not I can move it to the opposite side and you can decorate however you would like. The kitchen and bathrooms are shared. I live in a safe neighborhood on a dead end street, with access to shopping and restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Please no smokers. My house is quiet and very peaceful, especially during the school year. I work from home during the day and will have one online class Fall & Spring semester and one on campus.
